Calm Therapy Center is a trauma-informed psychotherapy practice serving adolescents, adults and parents who appear to be managing on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected beneath the surface. Our work is grounded in attachment-based and nervous-system-informed care, with an emphasis on depth, integration, and long-term change.

We are a growing practice and are seeking Associate and Licensed Therapists who value clinical integrity, collaboration, and balance.

Position Options

  • Associate Therapists (AMFT, ASW, APCC)

  • Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

  • Fully remote, hybrid, or in-person options (California)

  • Part-time and full-time schedules considered

Caseloads are discussed collaboratively and designed to be sustainable.

Compensation

Associate Therapists

  • $35–$45 per client hour (based on experience)

  • Paid administrative time at $20/hour

Licensed Therapists

  • Competitive compensation based on licensure, experience, and caseload

  • Paid administrative time when applicable

Requirements

Associates

  • Registered with the California BBS (AMFT, ASW, APCC) and in good standing

  • Minimum of 500 hours toward licensure

  • Participation in individual and/or group supervision

  • Openness to working with adults, parents, couples, and families

Licensed Clinicians

  • Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

  • Independent clinical judgment within scope of practice
