Calm Therapy Center is a growing, insurance-based group psychotherapy practice serving adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout California.
We believe clinicians should be able to focus on providing excellent therapy without carrying the full administrative and business burden of solo private practice. We provide a steady stream of referrals, billing and credentialing support, practice systems, and clinical consultation within a collaborative and supportive environment.
We are currently seeking Associate and Licensed Therapists who value clinical integrity, professional growth, flexibility, and sustainable practice.

Associate Therapists (AMFT, ASW, APCC)
Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Part-time and full-time opportunities
In-person, hybrid, and telehealth options depending on practice needs
Evening availability is especially needed
We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience in substance use, co-occurring conditions, and trauma. EMDR training is a plus.
Compensation
Associate Therapists
$35–$45 per clinical hour, based on experience, qualifications, and stage of professional development
$20 per hour for required non-clinical work
Clinical supervision provided at no cost
Licensed Therapists
Clinical compensation starting around $55 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and specialty training
$20 per hour for required non-clinical work
Private-pay incentives and opportunities for compensation growth
All clinician positions are W-2 employment.

Who We're Looking For
We value clinicians who are thoughtful, reliable, collaborative, and committed to high-quality client care.
Associates must maintain an active California BBS registration in good standing. Licensed clinicians must maintain an active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license.
For associates, we offer the opportunity to build a consistent caseload, receive supervision and support, and potentially transition into a licensed clinician role with Calm following licensure.
