Natalia Seberger providing therapy for children, teens, adults, and couples
Natalia Seberger is an Associate Marriage Family Therapist 160565 Supervised by Erin Baker, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

Natalia works with children, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, and patterns that no longer feel healthy or sustainable. She is especially passionate about supporting young children and families through emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges using a compassionate, play-based, and trauma-informed approach.

Natalia has experience helping children experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavioral concerns, school-related stress, low self-esteem, grief, and social or communication challenges, including children with ASD-related needs. She partners closely with parents and caregivers to strengthen connection, improve communication, and create a more secure and supportive family environment.

She also enjoys working with adults and couples experiencing relationship conflict, communication difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and recurring relational patterns. Drawing from Gottman-informed interventions and attachment-based principles, Natalia helps clients strengthen emotional connection, rebuild trust, and develop healthier ways of communicating and navigating life's challenges together.

Natalia believes meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences without judgment. Her collaborative, supportive style helps clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and those around them.

Whether you're seeking support for your child, your relationship, or yourself, Natalia strives to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to create lasting change.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying a lot.

Natalia works collaboratively with clients to create a space that feels supportive, grounded, and paced to their needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or life transitions, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain clarity, and feel more supported moving forward.
