Natalia Seberger
A steady, thoughtful approach to therapy for children, teens, adults, and couples
Natalia works with children, teens, adults, and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate what they’re going through. She brings a steady, thoughtful approach to therapy, helping clients slow things down, feel understood, and begin making sense of their experiences.
With a background as a school-based therapist, Natalia has supported students, families, and educators through emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. This experience allows her to understand how stress shows up across different areas of life — and how to support meaningful change both in and outside of sessions.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients build practical coping skills, shift unhelpful patterns, and respond to challenges with more flexibility and clarity. With younger clients, she integrates Child-Centered Play Therapy to support expression and connection in a developmentally appropriate way.
Natalia also offers support for couples using a Gottman-informed approach, focusing on improving communication, strengthening connection, and navigating conflict more effectively.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced to meet each client where they are. She prioritizes creating a space where clients can feel more at ease, more understood, and more supported as they work toward lasting change.
