Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you just can’t shake? Maybe you’ve been carrying grief, struggling with depression, or feeling the weight of military life and its unique challenges. Perhaps your child is navigating autism, ADHD, or other developmental needs, and you’re exhausted from trying to find the right support. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone.

I’m a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m passionate about helping people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. My journey started with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University and a Master’s in Counseling from Palo Alto University, but my greatest lessons have come from the people I’ve had the honor to serve.

As a U.S. Air Force veteran and the spouse of a retired Army veteran, I deeply understand the sacrifices and stress that military service can place on individuals and families. My time at The Elizabeth Hospice gave me the privilege of supporting grieving children, teens, and adults, helping them process loss and rediscover hope. Since 2018, I’ve also worked closely with children and families navigating autism, ADHD, and other challenges, creating practical strategies that celebrate strengths and ease day-to-day struggles.

In therapy, I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, breathe, and explore what you’re feeling. I use evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy, but I also know that healing is not “one size fits all.” Together, we’ll find what works best for you—tools and strategies that feel natural, empowering, and sustainable.

Reaching out for help takes courage. Whether you’re here for yourself, your child, or your family, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take this next step toward growth and healing.
