Meet Marsi
EMDR, trauma, and anxiety therapy for children, teens, and adults.
Marsi helps children, teens, young adults, and women of all ages move past patterns that keep them stuck and find steadier, more grounded ways of navigating life. She supports clients in healing generational patterns, processing childhood trauma, and navigating life transitions with compassion and clarity.
She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies, tailoring each session to meet the client’s unique needs. Marsi also offers both secular and faith-informed therapy, depending on what aligns with the client’s values and goals.
With experience in community mental health agencies and as a school-based therapist, Marsi brings practical insight into supporting children, teens, and families. She is currently completing EMDR certification to deepen her expertise in trauma-focused therapy.
Marsi believes that therapy works best when clients feel supported and empowered to take their next steps at their own pace. She is guided by Maya Angelou’s wisdom: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.””
Clients working with Marsi often describe feeling heard, understood, and more confident in navigating relationships, emotions, and life transitions. Her goal is to create a calm, safe space where meaningful growth and lasting change are possible.
